Review: [redacted], owner of this company, sold me a used gas fireplace for $350 and promised to install it for $300-$400. He delivered the fireplace. inspected the installation location, and was to return 2 weeks later for the install. He never showed up and never returned numerous phone calls or texts. I since found out that this fireplace is inoperable and has parts that likely will not be available in the near future due to the sale of the company that made it. In addition, I have since gotten additional estimates for the installation and the price is prohibitive: At least $2,500 to install through an existing interior brick facade and bump out to the exterior.

In addition, I blocked out my rental property, where the fireplace was to be installed, and traveled 1-1/2 hours in order to have the fireplace put in.Desired Settlement: I want the return of the $350 I paid for the fireplace.
