Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not have any document or correspondence from the insurance company that approves a part of the roof replacement. If ACT Exteriors has one please share it with me. The scope of the roof work has always been the full roof replacement. Per my contract with ACT Exteriors, if they can not do the work of the full roof replacement then they cancel their contracts with no payments. Since they can not do the full roof replacement, I need them to follow their contract, consider the contract canceled and endorse the check so that we can use that money to fix the other damage caused by the hail storm. We litigated for more than just a roof replacement. We litigated for the damage to the paint on the house, the internal drywall damage cause by the skylight breaking in the master bathroom, damage to the exteriors window sun screens, hot tub cover, and Solar Tube damage in one of the bedrooms.
Regards,
