Ms. [redacted] complain is not reasonable and do not make sense because the following reasons:
 
1. This is group business of China visa application with more than 54 people and total purchase price of $7,790.00. Ms. [redacted] is one of 54 people. The manager of the group is Ms. [redacted]. 
Based on the talk over phone with Ms. [redacted] on the beginning of the business, we gave the group great discount of service fee for each people. Also based on the talk over phone with Ms. [redacted] on the beginning of the business, we only do the business as a group and not individual because we just charge service fee of $15.00 for each person (our regular service fee for individual is $39.00 for each person). From the starting of the business, we only talk with Ms. [redacted]. So if she has some complain, she should talk to Ms. [redacted] first.
 
2. Our service is diffe[redacted]t from disapproval of the application. Whether a visa is to be issued or not to be issued will be decided by China Consulate in the light of China relevant laws and regulation, we have not any right to make decision of visa issue. After received any application, our service include to check all received documents to make sure if the documents are compliance with China consulate rule, and to call applicant/manager to ask more documents, and to submit application to China Consulate, and pick up the visas from China Consulate, then mailed out passports to applicant/group manager. So disapproval of the application did not means that we did not do service for him/her. We did all service for the group of 54 people, and 51 people's application were approved. We have mailed all passports to Ms. [redacted].  
Based on our company rule, If the application was rejected, we do not refund the service fee. Please see our website: [redacted]. So we cannot refund him of $15.00 service fee.
3. Based on cur[redacted]t China Consulate Rule, any people with Dual citizenship (U.S passport and other country passport holder) who live in US must use U.S passport to apply China Visa. He/She can call China Consulate at [redacted] to verify the rule. Ms. [redacted]'s husband hold U.S passport and Canada Passport,  and He live in U.S.  Based on the rule mentioned above, he should use U.S passport to apply China visa and nee to pay Consulate fee $140.00, rather than $30.00. This is China Consulate rule
 
4. We have refund him of China consulate fee for no U.S citizen of $30.00 to Ms. [redacted]. Please ask him to talk with Ms. [redacted].
