knock a letter loose etc if they are hard on the work. Pic 3 shows the finished and final sign with new added piece to it. ANd no crooked letter. Customer was impatient and jumped the gun on this complaint and he ackowledges this. I use top quality materials and I keep my prices down by limited my overhead. When a workload gets full it means wait times on repairs are longer than normal but I always come out and fix anything even if it is something not caused by me directly. The sign is finished as ordered and the case is closed.
