On February **, *** *** came in and ordered Junior Bridesmaids dresses which needed to be ordered on a rush in order to get them in time for her weddingThe additional charge for a rush is $per dress, which as stated on her contract and cannot be
cancelledWhen the dresses were ordered it was with the understanding there were girls so we gave her a gift certificate for $off each dressShe only ordered dresses but we still gave the $off the orderedGowns ordered are final sale items and we NEVER tell anyone if they don't pick up after days we will resell the dresses. We ask that the customer comes in to examine the dresses and pick them up in days mainly because if there are any defects they can be remedied in a timely fashion *** signed contracts for the dresses that she is responsible for the dresses and need to be paid in fullHer attitude was keep my deposit and sell them to someone elseThese were special orders, cannot be returned and we have no need for these dressesAfter not picking them up, and refusing to do so, she was sent a letter for a court date, with storage charges added as per the contracts she signedWe did nothing wrongWe ordered her the dresses she requested and received them in time for her weddingIf her circumstances changed we should not be penalized If the dresses are picked up and paid for we will deduct the storage charges. There was only room above to add one contract there are and can be provided if necessary.. Bobbi

Hi ***, Although I did respond to the complaint and said the dresses had to be paid for and picked up, I have decided that I will do as you ask, as a gesture of good will You forfeit the deposit (which I can use to pay towards the dresses) and not take possession of the dresses
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I am extremely saddened how this situation has been handled even though I did sign a contract, again things were not explained about refunds ... What's most upsetting is that I was told on the phone when my dresses came in that I had 10 days to come in or I would forfeit the deposit.. It completely turned me off and I should have said something at that moment cause it was unprofessional but I'm a nice person and brushed it off .. I would never make up something like that .. Obviously I should have done my homework and read there reviews online and then I would have never stepped foot in there .. This complaint is not about money ... It's about customer service and talking and treating people right .. Weddings are the most special day in a brides life and to read the upsetting reviews online it's terrible .. Im hoping they do the right thing and try to satisfy another unhappy customer ...

I had my roof replaced last December. At that there were two vents from my ceiling thought the roof for showering and the stove. The roof was replaced with no vents in its place. I was told this was normal. Over the spring I began to notice flashing and shingles lifting. This was eventually repaired by the company. While that was repaired the area along my home that meets the siding was never done correctly the siding was not removed and the shingles were placed underneath. The spot where the siding was lifted was "fixed" with silicone squirted into my siding. Recently I noticed the other side of the roof appeared to have an awkward sag. I called several company's for estimates. That side needed to be repaired it shares the same attic space with the side the company replaced. The shingles were removed and boards were wet and moldy. The bathroom exhaust was laying on top of insulation. No vent. The moisture caused white mold to build. While the roof and board were off I was able to see we're bd company replaced my other boards. They went right over the rotting moldy wood and rafters with plywood. The rafters were not replaced as they should have been because of the spacing. BD was not able to perform the job to code or correctly resulting in costing me thousands. I now have it vented correctly and the other rafters replaced to code. I had addressed these concerns to BD several times through phone and email not getting an answer. I am happy to forward pictures. Thank you.
