Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am extremely saddened how this situation has been handled even though I did sign a contract, again things were not explained about refunds What's most upsetting is that I was told on the phone when my dresses came in that I had days to come in or I would forfeit the depositIt completely turned me off and I should have said something at that moment cause it was unprofessional but I'm a nice person and brushed it off I would never make up something like that Obviously I should have done my homework and read there reviews online and then I would have never stepped foot in there This complaint is not about money It's about customer service and talking and treating people right Weddings are the most special day in a brides life and to read the upsetting reviews online it's terrible Im hoping they do the right thing and try to satisfy another unhappy customer In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
