The CO was paid up front 14,for my Pueblo Whome, but only completed about 5,of the very overpriced jobThe work completed was so poor that it has to be redoneOver spraying of the exterior paint around everything such as outside lights and moreIndoor paint is described as vandalism by other contractorsEach room was started and marked with a wide spray so the contractor could claim he started to paintUsed paint color specifically asked not to use (have witness for this)Damaged new hard wood flooring, fans and more by not using a drop cloth to spray paintUsed drop cloth after the fact (have pictures of all of this)It was not until we pulled back the drop cloth that we saw the floors etchad already been damaged and sprayed overWhen asked why he did not protect the brand new fan and cover it, he simply lied and said he and I had agreed to replace the fanEven if that were the case, best practice would be to remove the fan to properly spray/paintI never said

My home was severely damaged during the summer of stormB&D (Bobby) was hired in October to make repairs on window well covers, replace windows, replace vinyl siding, stain the deck and handrails, remove and replace a 8xmetal shed, and replace three fence posts and stain the fenceAs of this date, the fence posts were replaced and the fence was stainedThe windows were also replacedThat's it!
For almost two years now I have been getting excuses that they could not match the vinyl siding to the rest of the houseThen in December 2017, I was told that they found the siding and it was on its wayBut the truck got stuck in Kansas City and the siding was subsequently sold thereLater I was told that they found a match in Denver, but of course nothing came from it Then finally the repairs were scheduled to start on the 21st of May However no one showed upNow when I call them, all I get is an answering machine and no call backI have paid this company $
