-In response to your complaint number [redacted] , please note the following: [redacted] was not our customerWe did perform the work for [redacted] on [redacted] MrC [redacted] was a sub contractor hired by us to remove the old boiler and put in place the new boiler to be installed by us The boiler was also damaged and repaired by usIt was our understanding that all repair work was resolved by MrC [redacted] We will contact him for an update
