Review: About two years ago we hired Bullfrog to do work in our home. My ** year old grandmother was in the market to remodel her home. Thy told us that it would be a six month job, it still has not been competed. We just learned that the new piping they put in for the gas lines were put in wrong and caused a gas leak in the home. I have tried for several months to get a hold of the owners and I am put on hold or told they are in meetings. They took over $300,000.00 from my ** year old grandmother and never returned to finish the job and left the house in very bad shape. I have also learned that [redacted] & [redacted] have threated my ** year old grandmother throughout the job if she did not pay them. They refuse to give us the warranties on any work or appliances they put in the home. They have walked off the job and we now have learned that its going to be another $15,000-$20,000 to fix the issues they caused.Desired Settlement: I feel that they did not do a complete job of what they promised in the contract. I also want other seniors to know not to use this company as they target seniors who do a reverse mortgage.
