Marcel Ducharme is a very unprofessional person to deal withHe does not accept any of your questions and if he would answer any question, he would scream at you as if you know nothing! He would say "F" word to youVERY RACIST! His work is substandard! He did our concrete garage pad, when we complained that there is water sitting at the middle of the concrete after few hours of rain that has been sitting there for few days, he would scream at you saying that is just water and that is normal! The garage pad was not leveled! Then not even a month after, there was a crack on the pad already, so we called him to complain thisAnd he screamed at us saying that is and used "F" word on usWhen we asked him to look at the pad, he hangs up the phone! We told him we have the right to complain to him because we are costumer and as a costumer who are paying, we are NOT SATISFIED with his WORK!
He is the worst Contractor ever!!
