BD Motor Auto Sale

I financed a vehicle from this dealer and he raised the price $3000 more than the advertised price and made my Apr 24%. He wouldn't let me take the car until 2 days later and once I picked the car up As I was driving the vehicle home before I got half way home the check engine light comes on and the car didn't want to shift past 3rd gear. I contacted him and returned the car the next day and asked for my down payment refund which I contacted the bank I financed with about and they said I should get my money back and he said he didn't have the money and now I've been going through so much for the past 2 months to get my money back and everytime I contact him he has excuses on why I can't get my refund
