The claim that I added jobs is untrueThey never cleaned up bat droppingsI never changed my mind about the materials or the priceI told them after they said they were done that what they had done did not workThe net did not deter the batsThey never fulfilled the agreementI wanted them to repair the deck to keep the bats out and to keep the droppings out of my homeThey demanded payment but the job was never finishedI was told that I would notice no bat activity or droppings days after the net was appliedThe bats were still there and I still had droppingsThey came and took the net awayI called the office and expressed my dissatisfactionI hired another company to do the job and had no problemsThey lied when they stated they did not drill holes in my roof They sent guys out to fill the holes with something but in their response they are saying the drilling ever occurredThey also claimed I am trying to get a free serviceThe service was accomplished by another companyThey are trying to charge me for service they didn't complete based on the terms of the contractNow they have sent me to collectionsI have attached photo evidence of the holes and the check cashed to the other company for completion of the job that was left unfinished. I also have email proof that I expressed my dissatisfaction

We had a signed contract, and work was completedPayment was made by check and all work was signed off on, however the consumer stopped payment and posted picture that were not of work completed by my companyThis has now been turned over to a collection agency for payment

The Contract and all papers you signed for was a job for bat exclusion. After agreeing to the Materials...

outlined for the job as well as the price, you added additional work to the job which we were happy to do such as cleaning up the bat droppings on the back porch area for no additional charge. After we ordered all materials for the job, you then changed your mind on the materials after it took several days because it was a specialty item. You stated you did not realize the materials for the bat exclusion which we agreed for in the price of the contract would look that way on your house. These specialty Materials are not returnable on our end to the supplier. After, which we still did not ask for more money, and on the 3rd visit, 2 of our employees walked around your home with you showing the spots and materials we would use to get the job done. The activity went away for several days, which with dealing with a bat exclusion does take several days. We returned a week later after allowing the bats to exit the 1 way tunnel and sealed everything completely where the bats were harboring. We did not drill any holes on the roof, or any holes in general to install the exclusion material because it was not needed in the area where the bats were located. We then walked you around the exterior of the home to make sure you were satisfied with everything. You were and signed the service ticket and gave us a check since the work was completed. Obviously, you are trying to get free service because 3 days later the bank had returned the check and we were also charged a return item fee, which we have copies of both. Afterwards we tried to contact you twice, with no response to phone calls or email. After 90 days the matter is in the hands of a collection company. You signed all Paperwork, and if you were so dissatisfied with our service and work, why Did you yourself say on this Platform you gave us a check or even had us come back out even after the first visit. It does not add up. Also, the 3rd Party collections company only handles real collection requests after seeing visible proof of contracts, service tickets and bank Statements. We are not even asking for additional money for extra 2 free additional visits, Just to cover our material costs.
