The enzymes were delivered to her front door late last week

see 8 months into the future. The water level in the septic tank, at the time of inspection, was not out of the parameters of a working septic system. I told Mr. [redacted] that I would give them 2 lbs of my professional grade enzymes to help the leach field rejuvenate. An inspection report releases me or my business of any responsibility for failure of the system. It states, "NOTICE TO OWNER OR AGENT: This report shall NOT be construed as a warranty that the system will function properly because of the numerous factors (usage, soil characteristics, previous failures, etc) which may affect the proper operation of a septic system."

He has yet to give us the enzymes.

B & D Plumbing installed a new septic tank just before I purchased it in October 2012. I have noticed the dirt sinking on top of it since. I had a man come to put dirt on top of it as I thought the dirt was just settling. He was concerned about what was going on so dug down and found that the septic had settled causing the outgoing pipe from the septic was now 7" lower than the ingoing pipe into the leach field. This in turn had caused the joints in the pipe to leak. When digging he also found large rocks on top of the pipe which is plastic pvc and at one part the pipe was flattened a bit. I called B & D on 9-16-13 in regards to asking the owner, [redacted], to call me so we could talk about what we found and what could be done. The receptionist called me back after she talked to [redacted] and stated that he did not touch the pipe. I told her that was impossible as he had to hook it to the septic but that it was the leaking pipe and perhaps damage done by the large rocks dumped in there. She said again that he said it didn't touch the pipe and the conversation ended. I called again on 9-18-13 when we dug more out and investigated further when we found out that the pipe was now lower than what it should be. I had to leave a message, but said that I really needed [redacted] to call me because we had found out about the pipe. As of 9-19-13 as I am writing this, I have not heard anything. I have been told that one of two things need to happen. Either the septic needs to be excavated and the floor fixed and reset or the leach line needs to be dug deeper so that the pipe will not run uphill.
