About six months ago a salesman contacted me about my alarm company no longer servicing me in my area and this company was picking up the contracts to service I thought he was legit because he had all my personal info and went as far as to call my husband and daughter who are on my contact list for my original security companyThey came out and install the mother board in the existing alarm companies equipment and sol me a contract under the pretense that my alarm company was not devices this area anymoreNo I did not contact my original alarm company because Nathan from B&D had all my personal info, that was my mistake but the company is taking no responsibility in the contractor working for their company that they hired and is writing contracts under their business name falselyI made numerous calls and they finally returned my call today and were willing to settle the dispute whit me paying for the equipment and installation and the year contractI don't feel I owe them because I would have never switched companies, have been with my original company for years had I not been told that this B&D were suppose to service my company
