It is very disheartening that Brian [redacted] is claiming to have completed the projects, and is satisfied with his work that was supposedly done properly. The driveway is obviously flawed, and one only needs to see it or drive on it to realize this is the case. I have spoken with three separate concrete professionals who contradict Brian's claim, and all have stated the driveway is beyond repair and should be removed. Initial estimates are approximately $4/sq ft to remove the driveway, which equates to $6840. It is also quite apparent the work was never completed since Brian left equipment/materials in the driveway and on the lawn, the exterior frame of the driveway was never removed and control joints were never cut, there is an empty hole filled with sand where the patio was supposed to be, and there is a large pile of gravel on my side street that was never removed. I will be attaching multiple pictures of the "finished" job that Brian was "satisfied" with because it was "done properly." There is no denying the physical evidence. Please view the enclosed pictures for reference.
I am also unsure about his claim to have seen pictures of a large white stain on the driveway since I have not provided him with any of the pictures I have taken. However, the "stain" he is referring to appears to be a severely flawed area that he tried patching without much success. There are several other areas around the perimeter of the driveway that also have this "white stain" that again look like a poor attempt at patching.
