Review: I hired this car service to get me from JFK Airport to Walden, New York in late August; a trip usually takes 2.5 hours. The company sent a car (mini van) that was not in proper working order. It was a very hot and muggy day the vehicle's air conditioning was not working. Also, the windows in the back of the mini van did not open. During the trip, the driver stated to me that he had spoken to his supervisor regarding the condition of the car and also expressed concerns that the vehicle was going to over-heat during the trip. Suffice it to say, when I arrived at my final destination, I was dehydrated from sitting in a hot car with no ventilation for a lengthy period of time. I phoned the company regarding this poor service and was told that the matter would be investigated.Desired Settlement: I believe part of my fare should be refunded and that the company should only use vehicles in proper working order.

I have contacted the customer [redacted] about the situation. I did have the AC fixed before this trip I was not dware on the day of this trip it was not working. The purchase price is also "not" $220.00 it was $190.00. I am willing to refund 1/2 the amount back.
