25th and a tracking notification email was sent to ***Our business is located in California so ground shipping transit time to Mr***'s address in Connecticut is 5-business daysThe package was delivered today, Oct3rd, which is within that time windowWe have not received any voicemail messages or emails from Mr*** or we would have definitely informed him of the order progress and estimated deliveryPerhaps he had an incorrect phone number or email address, I have checked our spam folder and didn't see any messages there eitherI was surprised and dismayed to see this complaint notification when I had no previous indication of a problem with this order.
