We contacted Red Cap Plumbing to unclog a main line on 9/2/at approximately 6PM, we were told a tech would be out to our home between 8PM-9PMAfter having waited for a call to advise us that they would be late, my wife call them at approximately 9:20PM only to be told that the technician was running late on a job and that he would call to give an ETAMy wife told them that services past 10PM would be unacceptable considering it was a weekday and she would need to be up early for workAt 9:30PM the technician called back to tell her that he was leaving the St Pete area and would be at the house after 10PMThis was unacceptable, mind you they provided no courtesy call to at least let us know that they were going to be lateThe next morning I contacted Red Cap again to come out during the day to unclog the line and they came out and unclogged itOne of the reasons that Red Cap was selected to clear out our clog was due to the guarantee that they would come out again FREE of charge if there was another clog within seven daysToday, 9/6/2015, only THREE days later we had a clog again and when we called to have a technician come out, we were told that they could not come out until TUESDAY (9/8/2015) to fulfill the workWe voiced our concerns considering neither the restrooms nor the bath/shower could be used and were told that if we wanted someone out sooner we would have to not only pay $again, we would also have to pay $on top of that for emergency feeWe asked to speak to a manager considering the guarantee that was on posted on their siteAt this point CHAD Wcontacted us and only offered to waive the $fee and said that their guarantee was not valid for our situationPlease keep in mind that their website also guarantees that we would be given $if they were not able to meet the timeframe in which they provided on the original 9/2/service callAgain CHAD Wsaid that they would not honor itAll of the guarantees that they state on their site were null and void which ADVERTISEMENT isWe are completely dissatisfied with their service and so called guarantees and will advise everyone that they are a shady company that does not stand behind their guaranteesWe have taken multiple screenshots because we are certain they will try to change the information now that they are being called out on itWe will be reporting to the Revdex.com and will see about calling attention to their ADVERTISEMENT via other means because hardworking families should not have to deal with such shady businesses that can't keep their advertised guaranteesBAD BUSINESSSTAY FAR AWAY http://www.redcapplumbing.com/guarantees/

I used Red Cap Plumbing for the first time I had a technician come out whose name was *** He was very courteous and knowledgeable about what my problem He presented me with solutions, costs,, etccwith using high pressure tactics *** also came bback to fix my problem I was impressed with ***'s knowledge and with the work that he did *** is an asset to Red Cap I will always use Red Cap for my plumbing needs

I had a problem with my shower not draining,it was clogged real bad,I called numerous plumbing companies but I chose REDCAP was wonderful,the prices are right,they sent out JOS Bhe was so nice I couldnot believe it,he explain every thing,and the choices I had,he is such a lovely person,then I also met Mr.Steve B,this man was sent to me by GOD himself,He explained other problems I had and how to avoid problems in the future,I am so happy with this company,i'll recommend them anytime,to anyone,we are so lucky to have them here in Tampa,God Bless REDCAP PLUMBING,I am a very HAPPY CUSTOMER,THANKS,LOVE *** ***!!!!!!!!

We had a clogged drainI called RedCap and they were here the same dayThe rep (named Junior) was knowledgable, friendly, courteous and did his best to solve our problem in the most cost efficient manner, I certainly recommend this firm!

After a roofing company tried to take advantage of our family the week before, we were not just going to let anyone come into our home and do workWe had Red Cap Plumbing come to our home today to fix a line that went from our sink to a clean out in the adjacent roomThe Plumber (Anthony) was very professional, neat, and cleanWith his one visit and outstanding work he not only fixed my plumbing issue but he also has given us hope that there are still trust worthy people that do honest work at a honest price in Tampa BayThank you so very much Red cap and Thank you Anthony!!!
