To Whom It May Concern:We did receive communication from the customerWe are trying our best to get to all the free repairs in a timely fashionThis repair is being done although we do not guarantee water pitch or puddles and that is stated on our contractsI am sorry about the shape of the driveway, however, we do paint out the lines with the customer before paving is being done so that they know where the edge of the blacktop isAt this point, we can still schedule the repair to be made asap, with the free sealcoat next yearWe offered him a free seal after his driveway was rescheduled due to rain and he was very upsetWe are trying our best to work with customers and satisfaction is our priority.Thanks
