I am rejecting this response because: The information [redacted] has provided is incorrect. I took my RV to a different mechanic and I was informed that the work that I was charged for by BDM was not even done to my vehicle. I was charged for new rotors and they were never replaced. I was charged for replacing the break pads on the back wheels and they were never replaced. In conclusion, the entire brake system that I had paid for to be replaced by BDM was completely botched and handled with zero customer service. This created a un-safe vehicle putting me back on the road driving across Colorado with my brakes not working safely. When I reached speeds of 55mph or above and applied the brakes the front end of the truck began shaking un-controllably and was almost to the point where I lost control of the truck. I trusted BDM to replace my brakes and get what I paid for. Instead I was treated like dirt and my truck was not fixed. I am asking for my money back because I had to pay another mechanic to do the entire brake system again and I cannot afford on my disability payments to loose out on that much money. The mechanic I used to fix the brakes is [redacted] Auto Service, [redacted] ###-###-####. He can verify everything that I am saying about the brakes. I have attached pics to show that the work that had to be done. Thanks.

I want to thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of BDM Performance I have read the complsint and am very familiar with this customer. said customer came into the shop asking if we could do the brakes on Rv we agreed on $400 when...
job was complete we went to bleed the brakes and his mastercylinder was bad we then showed the customer and tried locateing one in Denver. do to the fact its a 30 to 40 year old rv nobody had one so we had one overnighted in. I charged the customer my exact cost of 200 dollars with no additional labor. the following day he came in and said the brakes were making some noise my mechanic drove and or went for a ride with him and explained they were new pads on new rotars and they would need to seet. the next tim I heard from him was on june 28th stating that he was having a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes at 50mph I tod him to bring it in the following day and he agreed. unfortunetly the customer is not happy and I would do anything to try and please him but after reading hiss complaint and knowing our true conversatios im not sure he could ever be satisfied.. please let me no if theres anything else I can do Sincerley [redacted]
