we have been unable to locate the consumer [redacted] in our client list. Is it possible that the consumer went by a different name or was a corporate client?
Also, if we were able to confirm which BDO Canada LLP office (location)...
in Alberta the consumer was serviced at, it may aid us in locating the client in our records?

I have sent an e-mail to the Revdex.com updating my information to include my full legal name, as well as my husband's this should assist them in locating our files.

BDO states they have no records under my name. My full name is [redacted] and I file with my husband [redacted].

Although BDO's primary representative in respect of the consumer has since departed our firm, nothing in our records indicates that BDO was ever unresponsive to the consumer. On the contrary, our records show that BDO kept the consumer apprised of the status of her tax filings throughout the filing process. BDO filed the consumer's Canadian and U.S. tax returns all within their designated filing periods and prior to filing deadlines. Since the consumer's Canadian tax return had to be filed and finalized prior to filing the consumer's U.S. tax return, more time was required to file the consumer's U.S tax returns. This lengthier two stage process is typical of all U.S. tax returns for those who are also required to file Canadian tax returns first.
BDO respectfully submits that we caused no excessive delay and that our service time fell within acceptable norms to allow the consumer to fulfill all lawful tax obligations.

BDO has not at all addressed my other complaint which was that BDO and its representatives either negligent or lacked knowledge in preparing my returns. Things were claimed for that obviously should not have been- resulting in an audit from the CRA and a bill of nearly $900.
I would like this to be addressed.
