My bathrooms were completed on time in 2-3 weeks.

Work looked very good on completion. They cleaned up thoroughly after.The workmen were very honest and respected the remainder of the house where they were not working.

One problem however is that the floor tiles had a plastic film which gave the appearance of stripping when the work was done. Turns out that the sealant placed between tiles was not neatly done and so it spread onto the tiles in an uneven fashion.

With 2 weeks the toilet roll holder had become disassembled.

3 months later wall tiles were separating from the wall, then 1 week later a crack appeared on a tile lining the shampoo box. Beyond Designs has been very prompt in addressing any problems. They are reliable and honor their warranties readily

The results are spectacular, with courteous service that is done in a timely manner as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in remodeling their home. NO REGRETS!
