BDS Laundry takes great pride in our service We do answer the phones during our business hours, 8am-5pm M-F On the weekends and Holiday's, we have a voicemail where customers can leave messages They can also email us service and refund issues from our websiteWhen we listened to our voicemail on Monday 2/13, we did not have a message from *** We also looked back through our service call log from the other date he stated, 11/15/2015, and did not have any record of a problem being reported or a refund being requested We sent a service technician out to [redacted] to look over all the machines One dryer was found to have faulty gas valve coils, those were replaced All coin drops were tested and we found the coin returns were working properly Unlike vending machines, the washer and dryer coin return buttons only work on rejected coins Once a coin is accepted, it cannot be returnedHopefully this clears up any misunderstanding In regards to the refund, if a machine malfunctions, we are happy to issue the customer a refund We keep a detailed log of each refund request and have not seen a request from [redacted] We are happy to issue him the refund of $he lost in the machines We ask in the future that he call us or email our service department when a machine malfunctions, so we can fix it in a timely manor and issue a refund.We will gladly send out the refund to ***, please confirm the address it needs to be sent to.We hope this satisfies ***'s complaint.Thank you,Danielle [redacted] Executive VP, Managed Laundry Sales

Good afternoon, [redacted] is correct, our policy is to transfer the existing balance from the old laundry card once the resident purchases a new laundry card Unfortunately, where [redacted] lives we do not have the ability to do that since it is a cash only machine We apologize that he was given incorrect information and all personnel here have been reminded of our current refund policies We are happy to get the $refunded BDS will be mailing [redacted] a new card with a balance of $ The card will go out in the mail today!A representative from BDS did leave [redacted] a voicemail and an email earlier today He can contact us anytime Monday-Friday 8am -5pm with questions.Thank you,EricaBDS Service Dept

Good afternoon ***, I will be responding to this complaint on behalf of *** *** We have been in contact with Mr*** since his complaint on 7/20/ Unfortunately the reason he did not get a hold of us on July 2nd was due to an incorrect phone number.
Our number is ###-###-####, and the number he was calling was ###-###-####. The customer has received a $cash refund, although only a $was requested Our service tech was unable to determine the cause of the over charge and we have not received any other complaints from the residents at this location At this time we feel the issue has been resolved Please let me know if I can provide you with any other information regarding this matter Best, Erica
