I am rejecting this response because:The seller blames a customer for bringing up a dispute because quote "You have tarnished our business record" unquote in a separate email. Still claiming fraudulent addresses is unfortunate and is without base because the seller's registration/records system does not enable out of US address entry for billing address columnAnd again, seller should have a better sense of logic because by still assuming or claiming that I have a suspected credit card is laughableWhy would I bother asking and bringing this dispute up and leave so many online trail of myself if this is a scam? How would I even get access to a refund to a credit card if it is not mine to begin with. Sadly professionalism is pathetic and refund was only made on the day a complaint was made to Revdex.comThis should be clearly published to help other buyers to be careful and expect prompt and responsible response from the sellerPS: James, mind your language and don't be rude because when things get published, you are the one tarnishing your own business and image.
Sincerely,
Nicholas C***

I am rejecting this response because:
This is not a fraudulent account or transaction because this is not the first order I have made with Be-brief and that was back in December with the same credit card. If the order was based on stolen credit cards, I would be a fool to use it repeatedly, twice at least and over more than a 6 month period. Why the claim of bad addresses as I am using an address to consolidate my purchases from different sellers in the US to be shipped to me all at once. Respectfully, I have also checked my credit card details prior to replying to this and have seen no refunds thus far. Be-brief has also made refunds for me in another order in the past (Dec 2014 - Order No: [redacted]) and that went without any problems. The least they could do is to show reference that a refund has been made so that I could at least use that and check with my bank.If a refund has indeed been made, at least they would be courteous enough to reply my emails?
Sincerely,
Nicholas C[redacted]
