I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# *** and have
determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
When a service provider provides a one year warranty, they cannot then be unavailable to perform (or even respond) on that warranty during the four months when it is most likely that a consumer will need repairs Moreover, when MrB*** failed to respond to my repeated requests for repairs, I was forced to have other service providers come over to provide estimates on the repairs None of the three service providers that came to see the fence would even entertain the idea of repairing it because they all felt the initial installation was so poor that there was no way to ever repair it and that the only option was to tear it down and install new fencing In light of the fact that MrB***'s initial installation was so poor, I have no desire for him to do the repairs as I have no faith in his ability to install a fence Not to mention that I have also now become aware that MrB*** provided us with a license number And one that is clearly not the result of a typo as the two numbers are not in any way similar (he provided us with *** and his real license number is 2032570) I also find it very convenient and curious that MrB*** all of a sudden started responding to us only after we filed papers in court and contacted the Revdex.com and his licensing agency the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs
