My response to client & Revdex.com Once a client enrolls for search engine optimization online services, there is a required verification by post card process of usually business days in order to claim the google business listingMy client is fully aware of this request and processHe claims he has never received his verification pinAnd so I apologized for the unlikely inconvenience and took action to resend another verification post card from googleHe called back once more around the due date of it's arrival with the same responseThen his wife mentions their mail goes directly to a p.oBox, in which doesn't process over or compliment from google's verification processIn other words it doesn't work, the verification address must be a physical addressThis was discussed prior to our engagementI wasn't aware of this, and sure why I wasn't informed of their mailing system set up.At this point this client was ready to cancel which by the way was weeks past the company's return policy disclosed in the terms and conditions.And by the way their promised business and review cards were in fact delivered, I will provide proof of thisI want to work with this client but he is disgruntled in the result of his error.The charge back is unjust and will not be tolerated.Sent from my iPhone

I told *** right from the get go that I had a po box..he asked for my business address and I gave it to him ...he said he needed it for website told me to look for post card I should recieve it in two weeks hence the two week wait ...called him and told him it never came he said they upgraded the dashboard and a new post card would be sent allow two more weeks for it to come it never came he said he would send some business cards complimentary and they cameafter I complained to Revdex.com and the bank and the cards were no good to me cause they advertise the website that I never gotI am not on google

Review: I spoke to a rep name [redacted] to advertise my business get me on Google create web page get me on the internet so people could call me...I have a taxi business. Paid 399.00 thru PayPal. This was on July 8th. He told me I would get a verification code in the mail in 2 weeks to activate the account it never came. Called him and he said they did some upgrades and give the code 2 more weeks to get here to activate the account. 2 more weeks went by and no postcard. Called him back said I want refund for services not provided and he hung up will not answer any of my calls.Desired Settlement: I want a check for the 399.00 as I got no service.
