problem by introducing an after market product to enhance performanceIn doing so they had allowed to refrigerant in the system to escapeI voluntarily repaired the unit to appease the home ownerAfter numerous attempts to diagnose and repair said unit, I contacted the distributor for further details and directionsAt no time was I aware of the home owners need for services to repair the geo unit because of lack of heatThey had contacted me about a malfunction but not to the extremity of this complaintSince this communication I have contacted the distributor a day they are working with the manufacturer to resolve the issueAny cost incurred with this should lie solely upon these entitiesThanks for your cooperation
