I bought a permanent makeup machine and supplies for machine to applied permanent make up, in this stablishment for $400.00 on March 16, 2012. The machine never worked. I was told by the employee [redacted] that I have a 30 day guarantee for product, and my money back if it has problems. I have a receipt made by Ms. [redacted] dated on March 16. I contacted Mr. [redacted] inmediatetly that the product didn't work and couldn't use it because it was not in working condition. She said that she was going to give me my money back but she never did. She kept avoiding my calls or never answer my phone calls. I demanded to talk to the owner but she never responded my calls. Finally she answer my calls and she told me that she was not going to give me my money back. It was never an altercation. I only told the receptionist of the bussines that I was going to take legal action. I only want my money back. Thanks !This is the bussiness I contacted to get my product, but the only thing in the receipt and on the box of product they use it as [redacted].I don'T know if they are register to sell permanent make up products.
