Better Business Bureau:I received a reply today They indicated they had responded to me on 4-5-but I did not get the email I have been requested to supply them with some additional info which I will do I feel like this will resolve the issues I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I responded to the customer's email but he didn't seem to get it I resent the email today and asked him to check his spam folder for the originalI will follow up with a phone call to the customer if I don't hear back from him to make sure that he received it this timeThanksCarrie

I am rejecting this response because: We've tried to make the generator work and have not succeeded, I've asked several people to help me including an electrician and instructions have been impossible to understand and when we do what it says it doesn't work, I really need a refund so I can get another different generator as soon as possible

I sent a new email to Mr. [redacted] that explained the connection for the inverter a bit better. The inverter in the photo I sent was not the exact one that he had purchased so it was a little confusing. ThanksTammy

We were first contact by Ms. [redacted] on 11/22/2015. Since it was a Sunday, we did not respond to the email until the next day 11/23/15. Apparently, she had opened a complaint on the same day that we responded. The email informed Ms. [redacted] that the solar generator is under warranty and we will replace...

whatever is not functioning. We do require the customer to take photos of how the system is set up so we can help diagnosis the problem.She responded to the email on 11/24/2015 stating that she would send photos once her brother was there to help her.ThanksTammy B[redacted]

I am rejecting this...

response because:For now I am rejecting their response. They did email me and attach photos, but the inverter in the photo does not match the inverter I have. In other words I believe they sent me the wrong part. I have replied to their email, and I have attached photos of the part that I have, and I have asked what the options are for getting the correct part sent to me. I will need to wait for their reply before I can accept their response.
