We completed his deep clean. I had a crew of four. We did a walk through and he was satisfied other than the kitchen blinds. The clean was to include pressure washing of the out side of the property. We purchased a new pressure washing machine...

to complete the job. When we arrived the client did not have a hose on the property and he decided he didn't want the pressure washing. He was not charged for this. We were fully booked but I set up a date with him to complete the one set of blinds we didn't complete in the kitchen. He then called my partner and told us we were not allowed on property and that he had decided to go with another company. We cannot refund for a job complete less a set of blinds. The refund for one set of blinds would not total $250. Walls were wiped down, (there was blood on the walls which we did not charge anymore for as it is a hazard, [redacted] was aware and stated that it was his brother when it was brought to his attention) kitchen was deep cleaned (there was roach feces in the kitchen which we were unaware of and did not charge any more for this) 2 bathrooms were deep cleaned, blinds and window inside were completele less 1 set which needed to be pressure washed and he decided not to get the pressure washing.I am unable to please a client who cannot make up his mind as to what he wants. I charged him for the work that was completed. He agreed upon the walk through. Also this is our only complaint in 2 years. We always guarantee our work and have a 5 star rating.

I disagree with what she calls deep cleaning. Her crew was on the job just over an hour and she told me that she was almost completed. I went inside and told her that she did not do inside the closets, and she went back and did what she calls a deep cleaning. I did not know about the blood she said she cleaned up or the roaches. I have had different people over to look at the so called deep cleaning and they were not happy with the quality of work performed. We went inside and completely recleaned everything that she said she cleaned. We power washed the outside of the mobile home our selfs and completed the kitchen cleaning which included the oven, stove, vent hood which was completely covered in grease under the hood. It comes down to her word against mine. Like I said I have people who saw the poor deep cleaning she and her crew performed. It is not up to the customer to furnish the tools to complete a job. She came to the job without the proper tools and equipment. I was a Project Manager for Southern California and ran a lot of jobs and projects. If someone came to a job site without the proper tools and equipment they were sent home. I still can not believe she is running a business without a License. She told me that she didn't need a License, but I know that the State of California requires a company doing Business to have a License. I feel that she and her company did not do the job as stated and promised.
