Hello,Please note that we did respond back to [redacted] on December 8, regarding his complaint We do not know why he is saying a response is, "months late..."ThanksNVM

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1.) it wasn't until later in the next week when someone came and cleaned the staircase and fixed the paint spills to our satisfaction; 2.) absolutely no responsibility for the issue was acceptedThe problem was just blamed on someone else and no attempt was made to assist me with getting in contact with someone who could remediate the issue; 3.) the unprofessionalism of just showing up without any notice and disrupting our daily business operations was not addressedNo apologies of any kindNo assurances that it wouldn't happenNothingAll I got in response was "We will pass it on to the board" and "someone will be back Monday to fix the paint issue" (which didn't happen)Full response is below Regards, [redacted] From: Northern Virginia Management Sent: Friday, December 8, 4:PM To: [redacted] Subject: Re: FW: Formal Complaint from [redacted] ( [redacted] , B/D) Hello ** [redacted] , Thanks for your email We will pass it on to the Board Please note that the common areas belong to the association, and the painter will be back on Monday to take care of the drip issue NVM
