Monte , yes that is correctIf you do what was stated there, we can have an attorney draw up the settlement I would be fine with thatI will agree to remove all reviews associated with Monte *** and Radco under my name and Ginger's name .We will respond to the Revdex.com with a resolved case and remove the negative comments
There is absolutely no information presented in this complaint that is factualI had a contract to build a home for this customer based on the drawing he provided at the time of acceptanceThe drawing were extremely inaccurate and could not even be used after the foundation was completed except to
provide a guide of the finished productThe customer was refunded the entire amount he paid his "architect" they were so badAs a result there were many changes incurred and approved by the home owner and unfortunately these resulted in cost over runsI informed Mr*** that the job was running over and tried to give him cost figures but had no way of knowing the total figures until this project was nearing an endWhen I told him what I would need to finish the job he said he didn't have the moneyI continued working for an additional days incurring further loss before I had to pull off to prevent a total collapse of my company financially as well as personallyMr*** was aware of all of this but offered nothing to helpThe very next day he had contractors out bidding on completing the work which was minimal at this pointObviously there is much more to this than what he has presented in his complaintHis accusations that I was at the job for days is not true. His complaint that the crew had never framed a house is not trueProgress was slow for many reasonsThis house was being framed during the months of May and June which had more than thunderstorm days (can be verified in national weather service reports), the home owner who was acting as the general contractor refused to level the ground surrounding the home which made scaffolding set up slow and difficult, there were NO plans! His remarks about what the crew said over and over is hearsay, I speak with them and none ever said what he claimsThe remark about the bounced checks is accurate because I was funding his jobHowever, there are no outstanding checks because I've been working before sunrise until after dark to dig myself out of the holeThe remark about me saying I take full responsibility is taken out of contextI told him this because I could not give him accurate overage figures and so what small amount he had paid for some changes were not the complete over runs costsThere is absolutely no one at a gas station looking for me for checksThe clean up was the GC's responsibility which was the owner! I took trailers of my debris to Type IV landfill with no help to cover the costsThe lumber pile of scrap was to be burned on the site as had the trees beforeHe was well aware of thatHis own employees brought truck loads of trash/garbage and began throwing it on the burn pile as did his plumbers, his HVAC guys and his electricianThe debris removal other than water bottles were hisWe were putting bottles in a containerI know of no beer bottles periodIf there were they were more than likely his own as I saw him dropping them on the ground previously while sitting and watching us frameFinally, concerning his family (not sure what this has to do with this) but he had sold his home prior to us ever beginning work and was living with his brotherThey had a huge falling out around mid July and were told to leaveThis is when Mr*** began with his issuesHe was under the gun to finish so he could move in, there were so many delays from weather ( I have a pending Builder's Risk claim because of this) and he was putting the cart before the horse by spending money on his interior materials and his own contractors that his budget was getting out of handI in no way mismanaged money on this projectFor the record I took not one dime of income, the company made no profits and the associated costs in building this home, ie fuel, tools and office costs were paid out of pocketLet's put this into perspective on the costsThis job has on my end including all the frame and siding and roof materials and labor ~$108,costThe home is sf under roofThat's less than $a square foot! Even if you add in the he says he paid out he is still under $a footI can't go buy a storage shed shell for that price! I have always been open to a fair resolve of this job with Mr*** and have communicated this to his bankerHis real complaint is he doesn't want to pay for what he hasNot one time in this build did he complainHe complimented everyone! As far has the combined jail time, he knew and that's the kettle calling the pot blackHe's a felon himself all of which have absolutely nothing to do with this jobIn his resolution settlement he says he will drop this if I give him a release of lienI just betSee...money is the motivatorWhen I finally had to pull from the job there was approximately $93,left in the $300,construction loan but that money was ear marked for interior trims, flooring, cabinets etc so he could use for the shell to be completedAnd he had to completely redo all the plumbing, another factor in his over runs but nothing to do with meHe chose the plumber I would personally make sure I had the money available to build a home before I beganI don'[t recall being able to build a custom home for $a sf since before This home has 10' walls with 2xconstructionIt is not a one story tract house. So in conclusion, I will give Mr*** a release of lien and bills paid affidavit but only for some compensation for my lossesNot even all but at least an effortWhat a mess this guy has caused my business
So let me get this perfectly clear KennyRelease you from any liability, sign a release for Brandon and you will clean up all your slander and close this complaint? That's your offer?
