The gown was purchased by the customer, and to her satisfaction.  She came in to pick up the gown, in which she was in the store for more than 30 minutes looking over the gown before she took it of the store.  If she or any customers have a problem with a gown, we always fix or repair...

anything that the customer points out, and we also go over each gown individually before hand as well.  That being said, this particular customer purchased 2 gowns for her daughter, one from my store and one from another store.  She is simply wanting to get her money back because her daughter decided to wear the gown purchased at the other store.  We do have a no return or exchange policy, and she signed the receipt in store with her signature 1/4 of an inch within the return policy, so customer is trying other measures.  Attached is the signed sales receipt.

I am responding to the message that I was sent. Responding to the businesses message I did come in to pick up the gown but didn't realize all the beads had not been attached I did not spend 30 minutes or more looking at the dress and I don't know how she would've known that because the manager wasn't even there.  I did not want to purchase another gown for my daughter,  I just wanted this one to be fixed.  Since the event she was going to wear that dress for has come and gone I was forced to buy another gown for my daughter.  I simply wanted the repairs done to the dress that I had purchased. tried numerous times to speak with the manager and never could speak with her. Still today the manager has not called me and no resolution has been made. Very dissatisfied with this business and their customer service seems they have their story mixed up since I did talk to several people there and again could never speak with the manager.  All I was asking is that the dress be fixed like they promised in the beginning.  I do have pictures of when the dress was not repaired the first time. This repair was not something I was requesting. the dress was missing beads to begin with.  Very poor customer service.  Thanks, Pamela B[redacted]
