[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My conversation with Holly P [redacted] on 3/16/was initiated when B&E failed to respond to prior contact effortsI asked her repeatedly to pull up the file but she refusedAlso if the company cannot even correctly identify the client in their response it is a clear indication of their lack of attention to detailsMy anxiety was a result of their lack of response while we were under a deadline with the township Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, in Ms***'s email from 3/16/to the employee who's last day working here was 2/26/16, she states- “I sent you an email at the end of February with no reply and today I called the office to find out how we go about getting a report certifying the repair work that was completed.”So right there Ms*** states that she only contacted us one time via email before our communication with her on 3/16/And in that email she is inquiring how to go about getting another report to certify the repair work was completed, so again this is one more example that nowhere in our first report/letter agreement do we state, promise or guarantee a second site visit and report.Secondarily, Holly Pezzuti never “refused” to open up the report while on the phone with Ms***, but reading through an entire report while still on the phone with the client is a lot more time consuming than the client just briefly explaining the nature of the first site visit, which could have been done in a couple of sentences and saved everyone some time.Even after all of this that same day I sent two emails offering to try to assist Ms*** and write the necessary letter, all she had to do was send me photos of the completed repairs, but Ms*** never responded to either email. Also I'm not sure what correctly identifying the client has to do with this specific situation but Ms*** has no place to talk about that as she can't even correctly identify the company’s proper name. But regardless of all of this, it still comes back to the point that Ms*** received everything she paid forThe total $fee included one onsite inspection- received, one written report/one photo logreceived, and travel time/mileage to and from that one site visitLike I previously mentioned, never did we promise nor guarantee a second site visit, and the fact that Ms*** is now demanding a refund because our only engineer in Ms***'s area moved out of the State, which is completely out of everyone's control- is absolutely absurd.Bruce E***, PE

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:My conversation with Holly P[redacted] on...

3/16/16 was initiated when B&E failed to respond to prior contact efforts. I asked her repeatedly to pull up the file but she refused. Also if the company cannot even correctly identify the client in their response it is a clear indication of their lack of attention to details. My anxiety was a result of their lack of response while we were under a deadline with the township.
Regards,
[redacted] & [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, in Ms. [redacted]'s email from 3/16/16 to the employee who's last day working here was 2/26/16, she states- “I sent you an email at the end of February with no reply and today I called the office to find out how we go about getting a report certifying the repair work that was completed.”
So right there Ms. [redacted] states that she only contacted us one time via email before our communication with her on 3/16/16. And in that email she is inquiring how to go about getting another report to certify the repair work was completed, so again this is one more example that nowhere in our first report/letter agreement do we state, promise or guarantee a second site visit and report.
Secondarily, Holly Pezzuti never “refused” to open up the report while on the phone with Ms. [redacted], but reading through an entire report while still on the phone with the client is a lot more time consuming than the client just briefly explaining the nature of the first site visit, which could have been done in a couple of sentences and saved everyone some time.
Even after all of this that same day I sent two emails offering to try to assist Ms. [redacted] and write the necessary letter, all she had to do was send me photos of the completed repairs, but Ms. [redacted] never responded to either email. Also I'm not sure what correctly identifying the client has to do with this specific situation but Ms. [redacted] has no place to talk about that as she can't even correctly identify the company’s proper name.
But regardless of all of this, it still comes back to the point that Ms. [redacted] received everything she paid for. The total $550 fee included one onsite inspection- received, one written report/one photo logreceived, and travel time/mileage to and from that one site visit. Like I previously mentioned, never did we promise nor guarantee a second site visit, and the fact that Ms. [redacted] is now demanding a refund because our only engineer in Ms. [redacted]'s area moved out of the State, which is completely out of everyone's control- is absolutely absurd.
