BestGift

I ordered an item and the item I received was not as advertised. I was given a refund in the amount paid and told by Emma at Best Gift Life that I would be refunded any shipping costs. Shipping costs to return the item were $16.51 and after reaching out three times to collect the funds, my emails were never returned. There is no phone number listed for the company or I would call. This is incredibly poor customer service on Best Gift Life and I would appreciate my money refunded and to be compensated for my time.
