I am extremely impressed with the service I received from A-1 Carpet cleaning. My carpets came out so nice. I had a new puppy and there were a couple of stains plus a few old stains from previous owners dog which did not go away during the last 2 cleanings with another company. Usually the spots come back a month or so after cleaning....not this time.
All the stains are gone! Even the older ones. The technician also gave me some tips on how to take care of spills/accidents on the carpet rather than spending tons of money on special carpet sprays. Who would have guessed it could be so simple and cost close to nothing.
The technician was a little late due to road construction so he kindly discounted my bill for the inconvenience. Very classy!!!!! Good businessman!!!!!....I have not stopped telling people about this positive experience.
