Review: On Sunday, September **, 2013 at approx. 7:45 pm: The in bay touch less car wash had a malfunction. A hose, mechanical arm or similar component of the system came in contact with my car , from front to rear. A loud noise ensued. The component of the car wash left a visible scratch, roof dent, and mark approximately 3-4 inches wide. I reported the issue via telephone on Monday, September ** to the on duty attendant. The owner of the car wash did not return the call. I visited the car in person on September ** at approx. 1030 am. Both the son of the owner and the owner categorically denied that the car wash in question could cause any damage to the car. They stated that there had been no breakdowns of the machine. The bay in question has a 24 hour security camera where cars are visible during the wash cycle. I have asked for an examination of the video. The owner advises that the videos need to be downloaded a process which takes 24-48 hours. For sake of honest and trustworthy business practices, I sincerely hope they acknowledge the incident and machine breakdown which I am confident the video will show. We have reviewed the video. root cause of the issue remains unclear. Was either machine error or driver error.

Either way, for sake of good business sense, as a business owner, I would have made a conciliatory offer to the customer.

We received a telephone message on September **, 2013 from [redacted] stating his car was damaged increase wash on Sunday emerging. September **, 2013 when [redacted] come to our store on September **, 2013. He viewed the video clearly throwing his vehicle striking the was arm while at was still in motion.

We there for are regretting a letter sent stating there facts, that believe was not negligent.

Review: When going to Be Wise Car Wash for repairs I was contacted once for a quote to repair my transmission. I asked for the quote as I was uncertain to pay more than 2000 dollars for the repairs of the car. I was told 1600, 900 for parts and 700 for labor. At the time I was called to pick up the car I was told it cost 2130.60. I asked for an itemized bill and was told they did not provide such services as their computer system was not equipped to deal with that method of billing. I was also told I was buying a warranty I was not quoted for 300 dollars and wouldn't have even known unless I had asked for an explanation of the bill. At this point over the course of two separate visits, 2130.60 and talking to the staff, mechanic, owner and owner's son my car was still not repaired or ready. I was told it had a fuel leak they just noticed. I have been to this car repair service before within this quarter for tire replacement and a oxygen sensor, and never had anyone tell me about a puncture in the gas tank till now. I was told it would take 330 more to fix the leak that just appeared after the transmission replacement. This issue the staff was surprised to hear and didn't know about the gas leak at all at the first time I had come in to pay, before leaving and returning. I gave them time to get their billing information together and communicate. It was at this time communication broke down, and the mechanic was hostile towards the staff. I felt uncomfortable told them I was leaving and to have an itemized bill waiting when I came back along with the printed out warranty. We investigated and found no leak. We also asked the owner's son to look at the gas tank and found the leak did not require the replacement of the entire gas tank, but simply the gas intake rubber cord attached to the metal tube into the gas tank. I have set up a formal date to complain with the owner who couldn't be found after the first visit.Desired Settlement: I have paid for the 2130.60 already. I will not pay another 330 which was not told me until time of paying for additional repairs which were not mentioned to me for the staff. I could have driven off and not known about the leak unless I spoke with everyone. I also didn't know I was purchasing a 300 warranty, and I am still unable to get a hard copy of the terms and conditions. I need that warranty to see it's limitations now that I have purchased it. I was misquoted 530.60 and am forced to pay an additional 330 all for something that wasn't part of the original repair, after I was told it was ready to pick up.

The original estimate for that replacement was approximately $1600 without the one we want. the transmission was installed and we sent the customer returned to pay for and pick up the vehicle we explained the increase in price was included a one year warranty on part and labor and the customer agreed. At the time the vehicle was being picked up the customer was informed of a specific look in the gas tank. Needed no replacement the gas intake here and there was no charge to the customer from this.

In response to the above referenced complaint please be advised that we did put in writing on the invoice that the parts and later fear the transmission is covered for one year.

In regards to the "gas tank leak" we replaced the first line and did not charge the customer.

Finally in regards to the "itemizing" we did give the customer an itemizing bill when payment was made.
