tip.On May *** 2017, I received a call from the client saying that the back of her head was not full and that she was not satisfied about the service I providedI told her that I would be glad to make any changes that she wanted because my main goal is customer satisfactionWhile I was talking to her on the phone, her cousin took the phone and started cursing at meShe never came back for me to fix her hair.I have years of experiences with costumer and I have been working at the same location for the past yearsI always make sure that my customers are satisfied and I have never received a $tip from an unsatisfied customer

The owner of the salon Bea is LYINGThe bottom line is that there was too much hair in the sides and front of my hair and none in the top of my headThe only way that she could have made me happy was to redo my hairshe refused to do that and said that it would take her too longShe got very nasty and offended when I told her that I was not happy with my hairShe proceeded to curse at meI sent her text messages showing her that there was no hair in the middle of my head and that it was unacceptable and that she should be ashamed of herself as a stylistI DID leave her a bad review on *** and *** because other people need to know what type of business owner she isMy cousin did not curse at her onceShe did tell her that she was going to be reported to the Revdex.com and also New York State because I did not see a license up in her salonI called New York State and I was advised that she in fact does not have a licenseThere would be no reason for me to go through all of this for nothingShe did a horrible job on my hair which I could not tell when I left her salon because I cannot see the back of my headI missed a full day of work on that Tuesday because I could not go to work with my hair in that conditionI had to take out the crochet braids and go elsewhere and pay again to have my hair done properly

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseWhen my hair was completed I did notice that it was not the way it was in the picture that I showed her but I figured I could live with itFrom what I could SEE it seemed okay. I tipped her $because she did provide a service and she was referred to me by a family memberIt wasn't until a few days later that realized that there was NO hair in the middle of my head (which is shown in the pictures I submitted)She also did not use the proper braid pattern that is used for crochet braidsI have looked online and on youtube and I wasn't able to find anyone else that used that braid patternI do not think that the hairstylist Bea knew what she was doingShe ruined one pack of the hair that I had because she took it upon herself to cut the hair in half and make the style shorter than the picture I showed herWhile halfway through doing my hair she advised me that this was only her 3rd time actually doing crochet braidsWhen I called Bea and expressed to her that I was not happy with my hair she only offered to fill in the middle section of my hairThat would not have corrected the problem because she had so much hair in the front and sides of my headI asked her if she would redo my hair and she told me No and that it was too much workI asked her for a refund and she refused as well and then proceeded to curse at me and got very nasty with meI gave my cousin the phone to try and reason with her and she proceeded to curse at her as wellI have several pictures of the middle of my head and I don't think anybody would walk around that wayI missed a full day of work because of the way my hair lookedI work in a professional environment and could not come to work that way

As a business owner, I would never curse at a customerThe client herself did not curse at me over the phone but her cousin did and she even threatened meThe client herself sent me some nasty text messagesshe even post on social media all kind of thing that could affect my business I provided a service accordingly to the hair she providedWhen it comes to hair style the end result is what satisfied the clientshe showed satisfaction at the end of my serviceCrochet has been around for a long timeit just became a new trend that everyone is doing now. I told the client that she was the 3rd person I did crochet on that day I have a customer reference that I being doing her crochet for over five years and all she get is crochet with different type of hair. I have a no refund policy for that reason I told her to come so I can fix whatever the problem wasAnything can be fix when it comes to hair extensionBecause she was refer to me by a very long time customer I was willing to do what I can to please her but she rejected all my offershe only want her money but unfortunately I don't provide refund
