Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This issue has NOT been resolvedWe have not received our refund and according to THEIR mechanic, whom they sent us to, to get our car repaired, I was told they were aware of the problems with the car and were told to just fix the obvious and make the car "sell-able"In other words, this "used car salesman" sold us a vehicle which he was fully aware of was in need of repairsHe even admitted that within days the water pump started leakingI drove that car around town only, putting five miles on it per dayThe tie rod was broken posing a danger to the carIf anything had happened before we had a chance to fix this car, he could have had a potential death on his handsHe is sorely lacking on integrity and common decency. If you can't resolve this problem adequately, I will look into either small claims court or hiring an attorneyI will also call the news channel and inform them of this situationThey know how to deal with these type of peopleRegards,

We sold the car with a 30 day 1000mi warranty that covers the power train (engine and transmission) and the car when sold was in perfect working order but with in a few days it was shifting funny so I told them to take it to my shop and they did. I paid to have the transmission reprogramed but the...

water pump was also leaking and I explained that it was not covered and I would get them my shop rate on parts and labor which they did and it was taken care of I did not know that they were unhappy. I only talked to the husband I didn't know the wife was this dissatisfied. Thanks[redacted]  [redacted]

Just talked to [redacted] and I'm getting a different story from them. I have the service and safety from before I sold the car and I can provide a copy or you can get one from [redacted]. I was not aware of any problems when I sold the car. When the issues came up I did reprogram the transmission because it was covered under the warranty. The tie rods I was not aware of them being bad and they are not cover under the warranty. I did get you a discounted rate on labor and parts to get it fixed. If you really would like to get the courts and news involved that's up to you. I have been in the car community for over 10 years in Havasu and have never been reported to the Revdex.com after selling hundreds of cars if not thousands. I don't sell junk cars I fix what needs to be fixed before I sell it. and on the moon roof it was not leaking when I sold it. I did offer and extended service contract that was declined. All of these items would have been covered under the Interstate warranty that was offered and declined. I have attached copies of the extended service contract and the service and safety.
