Review: I purchased items from www.beachbunnyswimwear.com. The company refused to mail my purchases because as the representative stated, due to my excessive returns. I asked for the prove of the excessive returns because I had only one return with the company, which was authorized by the customer service representative, and one exchange of the defective item. Than the representative stated that the history with me has been less than positive. I asked for the explanation and prove again, and received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my orders as soon as possible.

Customer has purchased numerous orders from our company. All are very similar to the attached example. Numerous pieces of the same style are always purchased at sale or liquidation prices. It is clear she is buying for resale on ebay or some other website. This alone is not why we no wish to sell to her. Several attempts have been made to return merchandise without return authorization even though the website as well as the invoices state ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We have returned the merchandise to her at our shipping expense. On October 13th 2013 we notified her that if she wanted to continue buying she had to stop trying to return items. One new customer associate not knowing her history accepted a return package. We issued a store credit and fulfilled a final order and notified customer we would no longer accept orders from her. Customer is VERY verbally abusive with our associates and we find it in our best interest to not continue doing with her.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The customer service representative repeatedly falsely accuses me in something I have never done!!!! I return an order, on October 13. This is the ONLY ONE order I have EVER returned. I have NEVER was abusive and/or rude to any representative I communicated with. I don't understand how the representative can falsely accuse me and get away with it. It's very easy to prove that I returned only one order. I hope Beach Bunny managers will see this communication, and investigate this problem.

Complaint [redacted] is not a complaint of any type of unfair or unethical business practices. This complaint is from an individual that is acting as an unauthorized reseller of our product and has now had her revenue stream stopped as we do not support this type of activity with our product. 52 orders of several hundred pieces of swimwear (all at sale or off season prices) in less than one year of the same style and random sizes does not represent a typical retail individual buyer. Beach Bunny Swimwear does have numerous authorized resellers but they all go through an application process which requires a storefront, Federal Tax ID and a valid business license just to mention a few requirements. This is done to protect our brand from appearing on unauthorized or inappropriate websites or being exported to countries that we wish no representation.

I am attaching a recap of total orders as well as some detailed invoices to show this is not just an individual buying swimwear, but a home business that we do not wish to supply. If the complainant desires to become an authorized Beach Bunny Swimwear reseller and can meet all requirements we could then fill her orders. Other than the fore mentioned, I am unaware of any federal, state or local laws that would require Beach Bunny Swimwear to sell product to the complainant.

In closing I trust the decision of the Revdex.com and will accept it regardless of which way it goes.
