This letter serves as confirmation and receipt of the Revdex.com complaint assigned ID of [redacted] regarding Ms [redacted] of Huntington Beach, California.The item in question (located on her enclosed invoice ***, dated 04/01/2016) is the White Essence Drysuit-S Package in the amount of $1, before tax (Sw/tax applied)The originator of complaint ID [redacted] currently owns and utilizes all other items that she purchased on numerous invoices and dates for the Beach Cities Scuba locations in Huntington Beach, CA and Laguna Beach, CA.With the identified piece of equipment, Ms [redacted] experienced an issue with the sealing System of the drysuitThis issue made her wet during her diving excursionsAs the Director of Operations, was alerted to the issue and made the decision to take the drysuit in and test it for leaksAfter successfully testing it for leaks and finding none, asked [redacted] to meet meat our pool location in Cypress, CA to test the drysuitWhen it was found that the drysuit was leaking, the decision was made to send this item to the manufacturer with an upgrade of the seal system in order to have it custom fitted to her neck size (which our business paid for in the amount of S199)Proof of this monetary exchange and subsequent shipment to Canada can be found in the documentation of [redacted] .The drysuit was in the process of drying (curing) when contacted Ms [redacted] via email to give her the date of September 14, as arrival dayThis date was determined because of ground travel time for shipments between Canada and the United States.On September 6, (the day of this writing), Beach Cities Scuba has received the drysuit from Canada and has sent correspondence to Ms [redacted] in order to test the drysuit and ensure that it meets her needs.Once this situation is rectified, I will contact the Revdex.com in order to close case ID [redacted]
