Please refer to [redacted] paper work You can see her exact model and specs to her laptop and desktop computer This will show that not only were her computers more than comparable with [redacted] *, but also all the problems that were on there originally When I have to install [redacted] I do what is called a "Fresh Install" of [redacted] This means that I back up the customers pictures, documents, music etcto a external hard drive I have To do a fresh install I completely wipe the hard drive and reformat it which leaves nothing on the drive From there I will install [redacted] and nothing else unless they had [redacted] I will install that back on as a courtesy to my customers as long as we can get the genuine key So when I am done there is NOTHING extra on the computer All you will find is [redacted] and [redacted] if the customer had it After that I will do a virus scan using [redacted] on the external hard drive to make sure that nothing is sneaking back on to the clean computer Next I will also install a copy of " [redacted] ", this is a free anti-virus from [redacted] that works pretty good until they may want to upgrade to something such as [redacted] or [redacted] So when all is said and done, with a [redacted] install all that will be on the computer when it leaves my [redacted] is: [redacted] , [redacted] (Again if owned) [redacted] (Free Anti-Virus) and their personal files and folders that are again scanned on my desktop with [redacted] *** I do not install [redacted] etc Unfortunately when you install [redacted] , or even [redacted] , if you select the express install rather than custom install, they will install sometimes extra garbage that you do not want Notice also that she complains that I blame her neighbor for installing programs, which she admitted in this last response that the neighbor did come over and try to help and install just [redacted] But there was more than [redacted] installed How would I know such detail about this if I never had showed up the second time? How would I know exactly where about her internet speed was and recommend that she call to get the internet speed up more so [redacted] games would work better for her I even showed her while I was there and did a virus scan (Again when I returned that following Monday after Fathers Day) that it came up with [redacted] viruses on her desktop (AGAIN) I will not return any portion of payment when I completed a service and went above and beyond by not charging for the extra trip I had to make there, removing a virus just a week after getting a clean install of [redacted] , and on top of that having to set up her wireless network She completely denies that I came again but I am able to give dates, times, and complete detail of what was done on her computers again

I know I am not good with my words to explain but I do not lie I even only ask for half of the money due to the fact he did come here twice.  he quoted he was here for hours at my home that is the first lie.  his truck broke down and someone drove him and his family here I ask him if he wanted to bring them in out of the heat he said no it was ok.  I also gave him a brand new computer screen that I had and told him he could use it for his kids and also a brand new game (not sure what it was called as it was my grandsons that something was wrong with it he said he could fix it I said you can have that for his kids also. but that does not matter to me.  I am a giver not a taker but my computer is still not working properly the problem in the beginning was a virus called  [redacted]  he said he knows exactly what that was no problem I called him the next day and told him it was not working properly he said he was swimming with his family and I said no problem it is a holiday weekend he can come on Monday.  I never denied he came twice but that is because he did not fix it right the 1st time but he did not come again.  He tried to say my system would be better with [redacted]  I said you are the computer guy if you feel that will work then ok for both my system is [redacted] he also said my computer is not allowed coupons  well I never heard of that before as I had only had coupons from [redacted] food market he said I should use only [redacted] that never worked on my system since he worked on it but I use [redacted] (the only thing to open my bank on line)  it does not recognize [redacted]. He never never told me he used [redacted] (that is the first I heard about that in his answer)  as he told me he put [redacted] a free Anti Virus.  That also did not work on my system.   But my daughter purchased for me the [redacted] since he was here.  I only read emails and play [redacted] on my computer he knew that he just did not remove the [redacted] from my system so it was not working the same night after I started playing it.  He put if owned sorry I do not know what that means.  If he did a refresh on my computer why didn’t it work the same day (that night) I  tried to play it and still cannot due to the [redacted] still on there.  I do not have time for this back and forth bickering with him and I know I do not lie I thought I was being fair by asking for half the money back so I can go to someone else I had to let my electric bill go that month to fix my computer as that is all I have as I am home 24/7 taking care of a very sick husband.  It will be on his concious not mine for not trying to help me out .  Sorry I ever called him.  I guess I lose out not him he got all of that money for doing nothing God knows I am telling the truth yes he has exact dates as I trusted him I should have kept times and dates also I guess didn’t think I had to.

install [redacted] I do what is called a "Fresh Install" of [redacted].  This means that I back up the customers pictures, documents, music etc. to a external hard drive I have.  To do a fresh install I completely wipe the hard drive and reformat it which leaves nothing on the drive.  From there I will install [redacted] and nothing else unless they had [redacted].  I will install that back on as a courtesy to my customers as long as we can get the genuine key.  So when I am done there is NOTHING extra on the computer.  All you will find is [redacted] and [redacted] if the customer had it.  After that I will do a virus scan using [redacted] on the external hard drive to make sure that nothing is sneaking back on to the clean computer.  Next I will also install a copy of "[redacted]", this is a free anti-virus from [redacted] that works pretty good until they may want to upgrade to something such as [redacted] or [redacted].

In a word AWESOME! When our regular computer tech flaked and couldn't respond to an urgent issue in our office I found [redacted] and SOOOOOO glad I did! Not only was he able to come out ASAP and fix the issue he was very professional and even more affordable than our previous tech. We have used him every since and have had wonderful experiences. I have referred him to friends and family and used his services for my home computer needs as well. AMAZING Business and will be who I call for any computer needs from now on. 10+ star rating !

I had my computer serviced by [redacted] and was delighted with how much better it worked afterwards and he worked around my schedule. I already recomended him to my daughter, she had him service hers also and it turned out great, we are both happy with his services.

I used a local computer guy to fix my computer and my husbands. He came to the house and took my desktop and my husbands laptop with him to his home to fix he did find several things wrong but I explained to him I had an error of AW!!! Snap he said he knows what it is he also called and ask me if I wanted to change to Windows 7 which I said yes (as I am not the professional here) I thought he knew what he was doing I trusted him. My husbands laptop is not working and mine has the AW!!!! Snap worse than before (when you first turn it on it does not show this error immediately and the Windows 7 is not capatible with our computers I called him it was the weekend coming up and Fathers day I told him if he could come back or do mine over the computers from his home he said yes but never got a phone call or any kind of response I then sent him an email and told him I was not happy I threw my money away we are seniors and live on Social Security do not have money to throw away the charge for both was $218. I let a bill go to pay this amount as this is all that I have for my spare time as my husband is a very sick person. as I am his care giver. He is on Altex the state. and I do not now want him to touch my computers anymore Sorry. But I hope he does not have others I feel he took advantage of. I paid for his services but feel it was a lost 2 wks he had them thanks for your time.

Review: This Company did not live up to their knowledge of knowing and repairing the virus [redacted] which is why I originally called him for he said he knows exactly what the problem is and will remove it he tried to blame a neighbor that I called over she only [redacted] (she did not touch nothing else) it did not work so I deleted it off. the reason I could not get him here to my home and this is all that I have being a Senior Citizen just cannot afford to keep hiring someone to fix this computer and this is my only outlet during spare time after taking care of my sick husband. I gave him the opportunity to call me or come back he said on Monday which he did not so I sent him an email and had no response or call back from that either he is the professional not I. I feel now I will meet him halfway and give back half of my money so I can go somewhere else to fix my computer he found many excuses why it was not working but he said he was here for hours which that is a lie and he knows that. I just want what is fair to me and give me a break also . Be honest and sincere about your work and company and I would not have to go to this extreme of making this complaint. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: As I paid him in cash and half of the amount would be agreeable . even though my husband is not working at all

David is awesome! We had David install a solid state drive in my laptop. Now it runs better than when it was new. Not only did he update my laptop for me super fast but when I got it back he had cleaned it for me! Who else does that. I purchased a backup laptop from Beach Front for a great price also. These folks are awesome and you will love the way they treat you. Thank you David!

I had some very old SCSI hard drives that had family photos and other important information that I wanted to keep. David Jumped threw loops to get the old equipment I needed up and running to pull my information off with out loosing anything. Everyone else asked for $200 or more. Beach Front Computers did it for $60 bucks! Thanks You! Professional Company I will be doing business with again!
