Generally, I'd say this is a friendly business with semi-reasonable policies. However, they do have one policy which, in my mind, borders on false advertising. Read the return policy carefully, and you will discover that they will deduct their pre-paid shipping cost from your refund when an item was purchased with "free shipping". While this makes sense from a business standpoint (no one wants to lose money, after all), it is hardly without guile. To the consumer, the beauty of buying a product offering free shipping is that if you decide to return it, you're only out the cost of your own shipping for the return. You're not out the cost of the original shipping because that was FREE. If the cost of the original shipping is deducted from your refund upon return, then it wasn't really "free shipping", was it?","neg-1
