Beach Lane Management

Review: Beach Lane Management disclosed my personal information to a real estate brokerage firm, specifically [redacted] and [redacted] from Absolute Properties. The brokers are unethical in their business practices and apparently work in cahoots with Beach Lane Management to harass, defame and take peoples hard earned money. Absolute Properties mis represented themselves luring me into an apartment and never disclosing a commissions fee until after they received my application fee and all my personal information to obtain a property. I early on wanted to cut them out and work directly with Beach Lane Management to apply for the apartment. A day later I was contacted and harassed and threatened by [redacted] and [redacted] via email to which I have written proof where [redacted] and [redacted] both outline that Beach Lane Managment provided them with my personal information. [redacted] also later emailed me saying he was going to call Beach Lane Management and advise them not to rent me the apartment. After which no member of any representative of Beach Lane Management responded to any of my voicemails or emails explaining and/or negating having given out my information. In fact [redacted], a member of Beach Lane Management was the most condescending and down right hostile person to ask for assistance. He refused to speak with me to hear me out and/or solve my concerns. I have reason and evidence to believe that both companies run unethical and underhanded business practices and someone needs to get to the bottom of this.Desired Settlement: I request that they be fined and/or no longer be allowed to sell property to ANYONE. They work outside the lines of the law and give out tenants and potential tenants information to outside parties which is ILLEGAL.
