To whom it may concern, The complaint from [redacted] is a bit irrational [redacted] brought her vehicle to the establishment (09/02) and requested waxing service which included a car washAll services paid for were delivered and no issues were brought up to the establishment's attentionExactly two days later (9/05/2015) she brings the vehicle back to the establishment to point out that the waxing has caused a blemish to the side of her car doorThe floor manager immediately proceeded to ask the customer if there was a paint job done recently in which she acknowledge but mentioned that the paint job to the vehicle were done in other areas and not the door which had the blemishFurthermore, the floor manager assisted the customer by stating the the paint job was not done correctly which is the main reason as to why the wax did not fully soak in the blemished area (waxing of the car would bring the entire vehicle to one color)New Beach Lin Car wash asked her to take the vehicle to the shop where the paint job had been done so that they can ascertain and correct the issue at handShould you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any timeThank you [redacted] ***Property Manager [redacted] ***Tel: [redacted] Fax: [redacted]

Customer claims that the "scratch" allegedly happened at our facilityHowever, we must point out the the length and depth of the scratch cannot be made as we hand wash our carsThe scratch was clearly there prior to the wash and was confirmed by the employee handling the customers vehicle
The customer was approached by the manager and the manager responded with the above answerHowever, due to the customers reluctance to leave, the manager advised once more that this particular scratch was not a result of the employee's negligence but rather an attempt for a claim by the customerCustomer refused to leave so the manager verbally gave him two options: 1) take us to small claims 2) call the local police.Customer left. We will not be compensating the customer for his negligence and claims

I will be happy if uou can keep this complaint on file unresolved in case there are more complaints furthur down I believe Mr Trump president elect will keep his country folk in placeI have rated the company on Yelp as well as google to be a poor choice for expensive carsThank you
