Beach Paradise Hotel c/o Menada, Inc.

I recently contacted a member of the Beach Paradise Hotel staff yesterday evening (2/24/2014) and they requested that I send an email regarding the parking violations that I received during my stay. I have tried sending this email through other email addresses, but it has been sent back as 'undelivered,' so I apologize if you have already received this email. To start at the beginning, I booked my vacation through Hotels.com (Confirmation # XXXXXXXXXXXX) from Thursday, December 26th, 2013 through Saturday, December 28th, 2013. Upon arrival I inquired as to the best method in which I should park my rental car. I was provided with an explanation about how there was a valet service that I could drop my car off and I would pay a daily rate of $30 per day for this service. I accepted and paid the daily rate for the two days/three nights that I would be in Miami. Recently, I received three separate invoices from my rental car company informing me that I had to pay handling fees due to three parking tickets that I was given during my stay at the Beach Paradise Hotel. Upon closer inspection, every ticket occurred while my vehicle was supposed to be parked by the valet (the location is listed as 600 Ocean Drive). I was informed the rental car handling fees ($75 total) was a separate charge than that actual cost of the tickets. The tickets themselves are $45 each ($135 total). I can provide you with the letters, the three tickets that I took a screen shot of from the Miami-Dade records page, and the confirmation of my payment for said receipts at your request. I have tried previously, but the emails were sent back as undeliverable. I am not only perplexed as to what I paid for, but I am now left with a $210 ($75 + 135) bill that needs to be paid to the rental car company and the county of Miami-Dade. I do not know if you have received any other complaints or similar situations with this particular valet company, but it has left my wife and me with a very bitter memory of our South Beach experience. Now that I have explained my situation I have spend an inordinate amout of time communicating with the hotel for reimbursement of these fees but no avail. Due to the fact that I paid the daily valet parking fee, I feel it would be unfair that I am subject to any errors or violations that were committed on the part of the valet staff.
