Beach Side Station

Review: Beach Side Station has a very good customer service but when it comes to refunds is very poor. I had an issue where I purchased three tall cans of beer & one pack of 72's cigarretes on May 2, 2013 with a total of $15.27. Few days later I was reviewing my bank account and I saw a transaction for $121.52,I went back on the weekend to ask why this had happened; I got no answer.Ufortunately I did NOT have my receipt on hand (went to the trash) as I asked them if they were able to go back and see the transaction for 5/02/2013 and their answer was;please leave your phone number and we will call you back, NEVER GOT A CALL. I kept on going to follow up on my issue and I get no answer, only answer is you have to talk to the lady. What lady, I don't know.As a responsible customer I assume complete responsibility for not looking twice on that receipt, but overcharging an exaggerated amount comapared to what he was suppose to charge me that's more than a 200% of overcharge.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, like every other customer will ask for it in these situtations.
