Beach Tower Resort Motel

We stayed there a couple of nights Feb 14-After we left there was an unauthorized charge to my bank accountWhen I called and asked the manager about it he said there was damage to the carpet and it had to be cleanedHe was very rude, even hung up on meI asked for pictures, I have just now received those pictures a month later, after calling over and over about timesThen the picture I received didn't even have the damage to the carpet in itSo I called back and asked for the picture that had the damage on it, he informed me that he wasn't sending me any more picturesHe was rude again and also hung up on me again
