Teresa from the business stated the consumer placed the order and the order was delivered in the time frame discussed. The consumer went out of town and therefore was unable to accept the delivery which the business will...
not assume liability for. She also indicated because the consumer was unable to accept delivery as discussed, she was not able to repackage the product which the business denies liability for as well.
