MrMahler had my elderly neighbor's kitchen window installed The installer did a terrible job and cracked the window with his drill The caulking started falling off and she called MrMahler He came out and said he would send the men back After almost three months and being unable to get hold of MrMahler, she asked me to help I have made phone calls in the past two weeks - all calls go to an answering service and they told me "he will call you back by the end of the day" He has not called
My neighbor's window needs to be repaired immediately - especially if we have a hurricane here Not only did the caulking fall off - but under the caulking was paper towels that had been stuffed in the gap - it was her own paper towels that they had used
I have lots of photos of the crack made by the installer's drill, photos of the caulking that juts came off in globs and pictures of the kitchen towels that were used to fill gaps
We live at *** one of our neighbors - who also used Beach Windows and Doors - was informed that this man is now out of business
2 of 4 new windows they installed proved faulty after one year of use. Numerous promises and appointments to return and repair them were never kept. Finally after 2 years of patient waiting and many calls a handyman was sent to fix them. In the process the drywall surrounding the windows was damaged. Once again promises made to return and repair went ignored. Take the money and run must be their philosophy.
